ASAP Accounting is not responsible for delays, errors, penalties, interest, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or untimely information provided by a client or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. No Guarantee of Tax Results
Tax laws and regulations are subject to change and may depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each taxpayer.
ASAP Accounting does not guarantee any particular tax result, refund, deduction, credit, tax position, financial outcome, or other result.
Any tax advice or recommendation provided by ASAP Accounting is based on the information available to us and the applicable laws, regulations, and guidance that we reasonably determine to apply at the time.
